Keaghan Roberts Golf: Private, Duo, Semi-Private Lesson Policies

Participant Acknowledgement and Agreement:  By purchasing the Keaghan Roberts Golf Private, Duo, Semi-Private Lesson(s) & Lesson Packages, I have read, acknowledged, and agreed that registering for Keaghan Roberts Golf Private, Duo, Semi-Private Lesson(s) & Lesson Packages may be subject to weather and/or other disruptions. Furthermore, all Keaghan Roberts Golf Private, Duo, Semi-Private Lesson(s) & Lesson Packages are subject to and will strictly abide by all policies described below. 

 

I have read and accept all Keaghan Roberts Golf Programs policies as described below:  

 

1. Students must purchase a bucket of balls from the Within Range Burlington Clubhouse for each session of the program. This cost is not included in the cost of the lesson(s) and/or lesson package. 

2. If a student must cancel a scheduled lesson, a required minimum 24 hours notice must be provided directly in writing and emailed to info@keaghanrobertsgolf.com. 

   • Sessions cancelled within the 24 hour period or no-showed will be forfeited and the full cost of missed/cancelled lesson(s) will be charged.

   • If a participant is late to a session, they will forfeit the period of time that was not attended and will not be eligible for refund and/or credit. Keaghan Roberts Golf reserves the right and discretion to modify and/or cancel a part of or entire scheduled session due to late-show. 

3. All lesson and lesson packages are considered final sale and are not subject to refund.

4. Lessons and Lesson Packages expire at the end of the same year and “season” of purchase and must be redeemed according to the following:

   • Lesson(s) & Lesson Package(s) purchased in April to October (“Spring/Summer Lessons/Packages”) must be completed within April to October of the same year at the assigned teaching facility, Within Range Burlington. 

   • Lesson(s) & Lesson Package(s) purchased in November to March (“Winter Lessons/Packages) must be completed in November to March of the same year at the assigned teaching indoor facility. Winter Packages expire on March 31st of the purchased year.

   • If lessons are not redeemed during the same year and season of purchase, “Spring/Summer” or “Winter”, as deemed by Keaghan Roberts Golf, the student forfeits the cost of the remaining sessions and will not be subject to a refund or credit. 

   • Lesson time availability is limited due to high demand. Students are advised to book sessions in advance in order to ensure all lessons purchased are redeemed and do not go unused and thus forfeited by end of season of purchase year. 

   • Unused sessions at the end of season, as deemed by Keaghan Roberts Golf, will be forfeited and not refunded.

5. In the event that Keaghan Roberts Golf deems teaching conditions to be unsafe, Keaghan Roberts Golf reserves the right to cancel a session prior to or during any scheduled session. Keaghan Roberts Golf reserves the right and discretion based on circumstance of safety concern to rescheduling the cancelled/incomplete session.

Keaghan Roberts Golf: Programs Policies

All policies relate to “programs” provided by and through Keaghan Roberts Golf, described as all clinics, programs, camps, private events/programs provided by and through Keaghan Roberts Golf. A “session” refers to a single lesson of a one-day, week or multi-day, week program. 

 

Participant Acknowledgement and Agreement: By purchasing the Keaghan Roberts Golf facilitated program, I have read, acknowledged, and agreed that registering for Keaghan Roberts Golf outdoor athletic programs may be subject to weather and/or other disruptions. Furthermore, all Keaghan Roberts Golf programs are subject to and will strictly abide by all policies described below. 

 

I have read and I accept that all registrations are final and that no refunds or credits will be issued for weather-related disruptions beyond the single make-up session offered. I have read and accept all Keaghan Roberts Golf Programs policies as described below:  

 

1. Participants must purchase a bucket of balls from the Within Range Burlington Clubhouse for each session of the program. This cost is not included in the cost of the program, with the exception of Half Day Junior Camps. 

2. Inclement Weather, Program Interruptions and/or Cancellations 

   • “Rain or Shine”: In the event of rain, wind, or cool temperatures, the program will continue as scheduled. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are dressed appropriately for the outdoor conditions. 

   • All programs and program sessions are presumed to proceed as scheduled, unless otherwise communicated by Keaghan Roberts Golf. 

   • Severe Inclement Weather 

     • Keaghan Roberts Golf reserves the right to cancel program session(s) with minimal notice if weather conditions are deemed unsafe to deliver any outdoor recreational activity or programs due to and not limited to: AQHI rating, severe thunderstorms, lightning, torrential rain, red-alert weather/safety warnings for Within Range Burlington location.

       • Keaghan Roberts Golf will offer exactly one (1) scheduled make-up session date for the designated program. If a participant is unable to attend the one (1) designated make-up session for any reason, the session will be deemed as permanently forfeited. No alternative dates, substitutions, custom arrangements, credit, nor refund will be provided.

       • If more than one scheduled session is cancelled due to unsafe conditions, alternative options will be provided.

     • If a program session has begun and lightning or severe weather conditions develop and/or instructor has deemed environmental or operational conditions to be unsafe to continue the program, Keaghan Roberts Golf reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the program session. 

       • In the event that one individual session has begun and is then cancelled before 50% its scheduled duration is completed due to unsafe conditions deemed by instructor & Keaghan Roberts Golf, Keaghan Roberts Golf will offer exactly one (1) scheduled make-up session date. If a participant is unable to attend the designated make-up session for any reason, the session will be deemed as permanently forfeited. No alternative dates, substitutions, custom arrangements, credit, nor refund will be provided.

       • In the event that one individual session has begun and is cancelled equal to or at more than 50% of its scheduled duration is completed due to unsafe conditions deemed by instructor & Keaghan Roberts Golf, the session will be deemed delivered and complete. No make-up session, credit, nor refund will be provided.

3. Program Cancellations

   • Keaghan Roberts Golf maintains the authority to modify or terminate sessions, schedules, pricing, or facility location without prior notification should there be insufficient registration, policy updates, inclement weather or unsafe environmental conditions, or instructor and facility unavailability.
     • In the event that an entire program (all scheduled sessions) is terminated due to insufficient registration and/or instructor unavailability, as deemed by Keaghan Roberts Golf, participants will be offered a full refund and/or credit towards an alternative prescheduled program for the current season (May to September of the same year of originally scheduled program). 

     • In the event that a program and/or program sessions are modified due to inclement weather or unsafe environmental conditions, please see Programs Policies Section 2. Severe Inclement Weather.

     • In the event that a program session is terminated due to instructor unavailability, as deemed by Keaghan Roberts Golf, participants will be offered exactly one (1) scheduled make-up session date. If a participant is unable to attend the designated make-up session for any reason, the session will be deemed as permanently forfeited. No alternative dates, substitutions, custom arrangements, credit, nor refund will be provided.

4. Participant Missed Sessions & Program Withdrawls:

   • There will be no make up dates or refunds provided for any missed sessions due to personal reasons, no-shows, and any/all other reasons. It is expected that students attend all scheduled dates, for the specific program for which they have registered. If a participant is unable to attend a designated session or designated program make-up session, as scheduled by Keaghan Roberts Golf, the session will be deemed as permanently forfeited. No alternative dates, substitutions, custom arrangements, credit, nor refund will be provided.

     • Student Attendance Choice: Should Keaghan Roberts Golf and facility remain operational and instructors proceed with the program, individuals opting to skip for personal reasons and/or personal weather preference will lose that specific session and will not be provided any of the following: alternative dates, substitutions, custom arrangements, credit, nor full/partial refund.

   • If a student is no longer able to participate in a registered program, they are to notify the Keaghan Roberts Golf (info@keaghanrobertsgolf.com) as soon as possible to withdraw. This prompt notification allows us to offer the opening to individuals currently on the waitlist.

     • Full refunds can only be issued for requests to withdraw from programs up to and equal to 7 days in advance of the first scheduled session date of the program. A separate administrative fee of $25.00 applies to process refund. 

     • Withdrawal from a program less than 7 days in advance of the first scheduled session date, and more than 3 days in advance of the first scheduled session date will result in a 50% refund of the program total. A separate administrative fee of $25.00 applies to process refund. 

     • Withdrawal from a program equal to or less than 3 days in advance of the first scheduled session date will not be subject to refund. Keaghan Roberts Golf reserves the right and discretion to not provide full/partial refund however, alternative arrangements will be provided. 

5. Single Make-up Session & Forfeiture Rule

   • Exactly one (1) make-up session will be scheduled for a program, strictly under the following conditions: 

     • If weather conditions are deemed unsafe to begin a session of any program, at the discretion of Keaghan Roberts Golf, due to inclement weather such as AQHI rating, severe thunderstorms, lightning, torrential rain, and/or red-alert weather/safety warnings for Within Range Burlington location are expected for a program session. 

     • If a single session has started and is cancelled before and less than 50% its scheduled duration is completed due to unsafe conditions deemed by instructor & Keaghan Roberts Golf.

     • In the event that a program session is terminated due to instructor unavailability, as deemed by Keaghan Roberts Golf.

   • Keaghan Roberts Golf will offer exactly one (1) scheduled make-up session date for the designated program. If the designated single make-up session is cancelled at any point before 50% of scheduled duration of session time is completed, due to any reason deemed as unsafe conditions for session to proceed at the discretion of Keaghan Roberts Golf, alternative options will be provided. 

   • If a participant is unable to attend a designated session or designated program single (1) make-up session, as scheduled by Keaghan Roberts Golf, the session will be deemed as permanently forfeited. No alternative dates, substitutions, custom arrangements, credit, nor refund will be provided.

   • There will be no alternative dates, substitutions, custom arrangements, credit, nor refund provided for any missed sessions due to personal reasons, no-shows, and any/all other reasons. If a participant is unable to attend a designated session or designated program single (1) make-up session, as scheduled by Keaghan Roberts Golf, the session will be deemed as permanently forfeited.
